Dear Fitbit Support,I'm encountering two critical issues with my Versa 2:
1. **Update Problem**: Despite trying various connections, the watch fails to update even near the phone and router.
2. **Battery Drain**: The battery drains rapidly despite following charging guidelines.
These issues significantly impact usability. Urgent assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Saivenkat - if you are having battery problems doing a firmware update may make things worse.
It is best to address the problem first. Syncing issues can be a possible reason.
Restart the watch, sync fully, then turn off the phone's Bluetooth.
Charge the watch, making sure it doesn't get hot, and if so stop immediately as it is dangerous and a sign of watch damage, then see if the battery lasts longer.
It can also be a change to the settings that cause rapid drain.
