Hi again,
Another issue with my new Versa 2 (I am really trying to persevere with it and wanted to love it!!).
The step counter on the watch will only update after I have swiped right and clicked on the 'exercise' logo and then go back to the main screen.
Went for a 2 hour walk today and it didnt update once until I did the above.
Is this typical??

Still on yesterday's step count.
Any ideas how to get it to auto update throughout the day??

You sync maybe on manual instead of automatic. Turn sync on in the app

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
