I have a versa 2. When I updated today, it updated the watch, but in the Fitbit app, it still says update tracker! I’ve pressed the “update tracker” button and it either tries to update, but will go on forever while the versa 2 rejects the update, or it’s doing nothing!
Any advice to help me? Thank you!!!

Hi there! I’m running into the same issue, but when I go into settings / about the version is 35, but I don’t have a laptop or computer to plug my Fitbit into, I just have an iPad. Do you have any other suggestions on what I could do?

This is happening to me 2
Maybe try charging your Fitbit and then update?
I'm not sure
If that doesn't work... Reboot ur Fitbit
Go to settings on ur watch > scroll all the way down to about > find Shutdown
That should take 5 minutes
Let me know if it does/doesn't work

It did not work for mine. Mine is a version 35.72.1.15
