Versa 2 won't update

Hiiii.....just wondering if anyone can help me....I had a red x on my screen saying it couldn't update and couldn't sync turned Bluetooth on and off and changed my clock face and deleted some stuff but just relieved it was back working but in my app I got a update and it just keeps failing,  got in touch with live chat and had to reinstall it and put the 4 digit code in but still not worked.....helpppppp please x
