Im am trying to update my versa 2 and In the process of updating I notice red X going on and off. And its not processing the update help

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 2. Then, log out and log back in to the Fitbit app and try updating your watch once again. If the issue persists, see Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
