Can’t update as Fitbit won’t connect to my wifi

I know why my versa 2 can’t update as it’s 4 years old and battery going. Fair enough. So I fork out $400 Aussie dollars for a versa 4 and it works when it feels like it. Mind you only had for 5 hours now.

Refund.. amd an Apple Watch,
