I have had my fitbit versa 2 for awhile now. However about two months or so ago I went to go update my fitbit like normal but when I tried it failed over wifi and bluetooth. I just left it alone and figured it would work later and that it isnt that important for the time being. However ever since the failed update my battery has been dying fast only lasting less than 10 hours a day. I've tried all the troubleshooting options such as turning off always on display and changing my clockface however that has not solved the issue. I have tried updating the firmware multiple times but still with no success. I've made sure I have had a steady internet connection and that my device was connected to it. I've tried resetting my phone and my fitbit, unadding my fitbit from my device and then adding it back. I even tried adding my fitbit to another phone that wasnt mine and tried updating it from there but no luck. I was looking through the forums and someone said to factory reset and then wait 72 hours for the update to show up and then try again. I tried that and that also did not work. I am not sure if the update failing has anything to do with battery draining so fast but anyways my device should be able to update and last longer than 10 hours without needing to be charged.
Thanks for any advice!

See What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?
You have the latest firmware. This doesn't solve your problem, but my advise is to forget about the perceived update failure, and focus on what is causing your shortened battery life.
