Versa 2 won't update

My Versa2 shows there is a firmware update available. So I’ve gone through the update process a few times but that message keeps coming up.

 

I have logged off and back on and done a hard close of the app. I deleted the Versa 2 and reinstalled. I deleted the app and reinstalled. It goes through the update process and immediately says an update is available after it finishes.
