I recently went on holiday to New Zealand taking my versa 2 with me. On trying to synchronise time it started to say it needed update. I have done this 20 times and not working so cannot use watch now at all. I am in Australia and nothing I have found on forums has helped so far. Even factory reset. How can I use my versa 2 watch again?

Yes I have tried the steps in why can’t I update my versa 2 with no success at all. It goes all the way through update and install process then something goes wrong and it is like it just did factory reset. Nothing is working to resolve this.

Because it is reset I cannot view what firmware version it is on.
