Versa 2 won't vibrate when receiving notifications

My Versa 2 will not vibrate to notify me of text messages or phone calls anymore.  I set an alarm and it vibrated for the alarm so the vibration works.  I have restarted my Versa 2, turned off then on notifications, turned off then on Bluetooth, deleted the app and started over, reset it and nothing is working.  If I pull down the notifications are there but my Fitbit won’t vibrate to tell me they are there.  Can anyone help me?

Hi there, @AJVS. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

Make sure Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode are turned off on your Versa 2. When either of those settings are "ON" notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device? and Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?

Yes thank you so much!  I didn’t know that my actual Fitbit has a sleep/DND function.  I kept looking on my phone.  My daughter found it and problem is not fixed!  Thank you.
