Versa 2 wont scroll

I've only had this Versa 2 for less than 2 months. It wont scroll or do anything except exhibit the time . Can not see messages or any other page except the clock.

First thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart by holding in the button for 10 seconds.

 

It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues.
