Hello. I recently purchased a Versa back in May. And this morning when I woke up I found that it wasn't able to track my sleep because the green light that tracks my heart rate isn't blinking anymore. I have restarted my versa 3 times and checked that my Heart Rate setting is set on "On" 3 times as well. Please help. I do not have a tattoo on my wrist. I wear the right size band that it came in out of the box and it wasn't too tight or loose on my wrist either. Please advise. Thank you.
Best AnswerIf the restarts havent worked the next stepnis to try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). If that doesnt fix it you will need to contact Support. (Link in my signature ) Let us know how you go

Yes I have tried that as well and have reached out for support. They haven't told me anything I haven't tried. I hope they fix it. I've only had it for two months 😞
Best AnswerI had the same and had done all the troubleshooting suggested. I contacted the fitbit customer support as suggested on here and have to say they were AMAZING. Second to none. I am so impressed. Customer for life. Thank you. Brilliant support and am now up and running and very happy.
I contacted Support. They sent me a list of different things to try in attempt to fix it. When they didn't work they ended up replacing my watch as it was still under warranty.
