Versa 2 wrong time

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Got given a Versa 2 for my Christmas and its great so far and and battery seems to last 4 days before it goes down to 29%/28% that's when I sometimes put it on charge.

Only had one issue with it the other week when it would not sync but Versa 2 is so far a big improvement on the Charge 3 that I had for over 14 months.

Only think I have noticed is in the last 2 or 3 weeks the time on the Versa 2 has gone 2 or 3 seconds slow compared to my iPhone and the Alexa show 5 clock in my bedroom but guess it's only a minor issue.

Hello @Ney02 It's great to see you around!

Thank you for the detailed information and for taking the time to provide your feedback! I'd like to mention that your Versa 2 should not go 2 or 3 seconds slow. If the time of your Versa 2 is wrong, it should correct itself after syncing.

If that is not the case, I recommend making sure that the time zone setting is correct. For more information, I suggest you to visit the following link:

How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

Also, please perform a restart to your Versa 2, by following the instructions here: How do I restart my Fitbit device? On a side note, I've moved your post to this thread to keep our forums organized.

Hope this helps!
