Versa 2

My Versa 2 has picked up on an older email address and I am unable to change it to my current one … How do I correct it.

Hi @Jangela - if you are logging on to the Fitbit App with 2 different emails addresses on the same phone and you have added the Versa 2 to the wrong account, on the device/account page in the Fitbit App, remove it from the wrong account, logout and add it to the right account.

Note you can only have one smart watch per account (email address).
