My device isn't compatible to my watch which is a disgrace when the watch costs €200 at that price it would need to work with all devices . I have contacted Fitbit chat a few times but didn't get any answers it is not acceptable.

I told them the same. I've been a loyal fitbit customer since the FitBit One (2013) and this is unacceptable. The Note 10+ has been out for almost 6 months and with the holidays...there has to be someone who can get this to work. I'm afraid they will lose a lot of customers because of this...the forums are LIT UP with this issue.

It's such a joke would need to get it sorted or I'll be taking it back to the shop to get my money back .
