Since I bought my Versa 2 less than two months ago, I haven’t ever been able to get it to show I have a text message. I have trouble shooted it several times with no results. Now recently it has stopped counting my steps completely. Help!! Can I get it exchanged or fixed. Nothing seems to work. 😕

Have you called the fitbit helpline? My versa2 wasn't holding a charge and after several phone calls and tests, they confirmed it was a dud and shipped me a new watch which works great. Though doing the testing was a pain, the folks I talked with were helpful. You might want to give them a try with your issue.
