Hi All,
I restored the factory settings on my Versa as there was white lines appearing through the watch. Turned the watch back on and it is telling me install Fitbit app. I have uninstalled the app and the reinstalled again. And nothing still wont work.
Any suggestions on how to fix this.

Hi @Gillmeg29 you say that you did a factory reset, you now have to open the Fitbit app and setup your Versa 2 as if you bought it this morning.
