Hi - I have had my versa now for around 12 months and for much of that time it has worked well. Recently however It has started losing time - about a minute every two hours. The time is corrected by syncing but will then start losing time again thus making it unreliable as a watch. I have had trouble getting it to sync but have eventually been able to do it and the time has been corrected but it does then start losing again.
Could you advise any other procedures that might fix the problem. Thank you.

Mine did this yesterday and now I can’t sync it because it has disappeared from my phone’s Bluetooth....I’ve tried everything suggested in the help forum but no luck. It last synced at 8.02am yesterday and then nothing! I’ve turned my Fitbit off them back on, I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone, I’ve rebooted my phone and tried to ‘set up’ my versa as a new device on the app but nothing has worked.
Does anyone have any ideas?
