How can I speak to someone at customer support I have a versa 2 that is only 9 months old and when I did the recent update it stopped working, the side button seems to be stuck all I get is a message that says shortcut, press and hold button to access preset shortcut, change shortcut for left buttoning settings. It's stuck in this mode and I can't get past it.
