Only received the watch today and it does not have food, water, weight and sleep info on my watch also wont add watch faces, apps wont work

What phone do you have?  It sounds like the phone app isn't syncing properly with the watch.

Hi it's the versa 2 but I have sorted it now, I deleted the app and started again , this solved the problem xx
