My versa 2 won’t come on it has the diamond symbol comes on screen then goes off, light on the back is not flashing also

Sorry to say but I don’t think you will get this resolved. I believe it’s due to the most recent update that fitbit has not acknowledged. Customer support will tell you to reboot. When that doesn’t work, they will elevate the issue. By that they mean that they will check your warranty. If you are in warranty, they will offer a replacement. If not, they will offer a 30-35% off a new unit. The watch is not defective but the app update is the issue. Fitbit has not commented on the update issue.

Hold the button on the side for 10 seconds. Wait till you see the fitbit logo and let go and wait for the clock face to show.
they will also tell you to delete and install the app.
