Versa 2

I can't get my versa 2 won't approve with my android anymore.  What is going on

Hi @Beboop - make sure the watch is fully charged and as a first step try logout of the Fitbit App, restart both watch and phone.

When logging in to the Fitbit App, go to the phone home screen without closing the app and if the sync popup appears click on it and wait for the pair and link prompts.

If it doesn't appear return to the app and pull down and wait for them.
