As of February 1st, my Versa 2 is not connecting to my phone. I've only had it one month as of December 30th. Why can I not get them to sink? I've tried everything on the help pages?

Same here. The last I could sync was 2:30 pm Mountain Time Feb 1. I’ve tried everything too. My watch is still working but evidently not sending the signal to my phone. This is weird 🤨

Hi @Akindredsista @KristySews - just to be sure, did you logout of the Fitbit app and restart both the phone and restart the watch and charge it?

No I have not. But I will try that. I was just afraid of losing all my info that I had the last month but perhaps it will keep it Thank you so much

@Akindredsista - you won't lose any data with a logout or a watch button restart.

I tried just logging out, turning Bluetooth off and on, etc but still no pairing.I finally had to do a factory reset on my Fitbit then it requested I download the ap. I already had the ap so I uninstalled it from my phone and downloaded it again. I'm finally syncing again. That took WAY too long.!! Now I want to find and install the watch face I've been using for a long time. Hopefull this won't happen aain.
