Hi @Akindredsista @KristySews - just to be sure, did you logout of the Fitbit app and restart both the phone and restart the watch and charge it?

Best AnswerI tried just logging out, turning Bluetooth off and on, etc but still no pairing.I finally had to do a factory reset on my Fitbit then it requested I download the ap. I already had the ap so I uninstalled it from my phone and downloaded it again. I'm finally syncing again. That took WAY too long.!! Now I want to find and install the watch face I've been using for a long time. Hopefull this won't happen aain.
