  • My versa 2 will not show my clock face anymore. Also it will not sync. I am not sure what i can try to do.

Hi @Boo89 - it may need charging. If it gets hot while charging stop immediately. It indicates internal damage, possibly due to water getting in.

 

Once charged, double tap the screen to see the display. If nothing happens try and see if it will sync with the app and note battery level if it does.

 

If it syncs, press and hold the button for 10 seconds to restart it.

 

If still there is no display double tap the screen and swipe left, if that does nothing the watch has a screen fault, if it works try changing the clock face.
