Hi there @Murdan! Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Can you see something on the display of your Versa 3?

I suggest you try to do this:

  • Please restart your Fitbit.
  • Clean the contacts of the watch with a toothbrush and fresh water and gently clean the pins on the charging cable with a cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol.
  • After that, charge the watch for 30 minutes using a different USB port on a computer or other UL-certified wall charger.
  • You can read this article too: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

I'm having the same issue. Charge went really quickly one day and then it can no longer charge. Things I have tried are:

  • Turning Fitbit on/off
  • Reset
  • Cleaning contacts and pins
  • Using different charger and plug socket letc...
  • Leaving it to charge for several hours.

It seems that it can turn on, but not actually charge. Before I reset it, it was struggling to connect via Bluetooth to my phone. Since I reset it, it won't connect for me to set it up. I try to set it up but the app doesn't recognise it and says it's looking for the device to connect.

The back green lights aren't on and don't flash either. Says batter is too low to connect on the app.

When left on the charger, the screen will come up (the one saying to set up the device), but after a while it just turns itself off.

Hi there @DsyMkn! Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Thank you for informing us about this situation and for all your efforts!

Have you tried to update the Fitbit app in order to be able to set up your Versa 3 again? Afterwards you can check if you can update your Versa 3 in the Fitbit app too.

No, it won't connect to my phone via Bluetooth as the 'battery is too low'.
