Hi 

any one still using versa 2 ? 

recently my versa 2 constantly drops connection with phone 

any one else have this problem

Yes. My versa 2 has not dynched with my fit phone app for at least 2 days. There is a reported issue with synching some androids at this time. I was told to wait another 3 or 4 days for a fix.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Paul_65, thanks for getting back to us @Pacamoma. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to sync your Versa 2.

As @Pacamoma mentioned, we’re currently investigating a syncing issue affecting some Android users.

I apologize for the bug and recommend that you upgrade to the FitBit App version 4.28.2 since it includes a Bug Fix. 

Please let me know how it goes.

thanks for quick reply, I've been an avid user of my versa since given it as Xmas present. but my specific issue is not just syncing , my gps connection keeps dropping and I cannot see my run routes also it now also will not sync with strava . will the new fix solve these problems?

Today  I seem to be having same issue won't sync to iphone. When I deleted trying to sync Iphone can;t locate Versa where it used to just ask if switched on or nearby. Is this the same issue?

Thanks for getting back to us and for the clarification @Paul_65. Were you able to update your Versa 2 to the firmware version: 4.28.2? The bug fixes are mainly for syncing and pairing issues. I can add to the report what you mention if it's still happening with this version.

My issue with my Versa 2 is that I can sync to the app, but my watch says I've done 4.27 miles, but the app says 3.77, but yet the number of steps remains the same. I've been having this issue for weeks now. Some days it's fine, others it's just totally wrong. It seemed fine yesterday but after the latest update not so much.

I've updated to the version you called out 4.28.2 and still haven't been able to sync. I've done all the recommended suggestions to no avail.

I updated my Versa 2 with the 4.28.3 update from Google Play store on 11/1 and it has been working fine, so far.

I've updated from play store but gps still lkgs out whilst running and although all my running stats are available,  my route is not ,any ideas how to fix this ?

Hello. I have not been able to connect my fitbit versa 2 to my Samsung phone for at least 2 weeks. I have un-installed and reinstalled the app, restarted both devices and have app version 4.28.3

Is there supposed to be a fix out? I use it mainly for text and call alerts and have missed important work calls due to this issue. Thanks.
