So I don’t see any recent posts about this issue (but I’m new here, so I may not be looking in the right place!) I recently purchased a Versa 3 and it worked well for a couple of days, then it kept dropping from Bluetooth. I have tried ALL the remedies suggested to no avail. Does anyone know if this issue was resolved? I don’t see any updates in the App Store. I am using the app on an iPhone 14 Pro Max. I love the Versa 3, but this is beyond frustrating.

Hi @Valerie1799 - how do you know Bluetooth is dropped? Do you mean it's not syncing or you are not getting messages?

The app keeps dropping connection to my network, and doesn’t automatically sync. I have to keep going to Bluetooth and disconnecting and reconnecting it manually.

I’ve decided to send this back. Disappointing, I really did like it!

@Valerie1799 - this is most likely a phone issue.
By chance did you check battery saving option to make sure the phone, or you, is not shutting down the Fitbit App or Bluetooth because once it is shut down the app and watch can't talk to each other or sync.
Have you also tried to logout of the app and restart the phone and watch.
