Versa 3 Bluetooth issues

I got a Versa 3 for Christmas and it has worked great until about 4 days ago. It does not sync and when I look on Bluetooth, the device is not listed. I have looked thru this forum and turned in/off Bluetooth, my phone, ensured all

is charged, wifi is good etc.. this is incredibly frustrating. I’ve had previous Fitbits and never had this problem. Was going to call Fitbit for a replacement but thought I would try here first. Advice anyone? Sounds like this has been an issue for a few…

Hi @Nala3 - just because you don't see the Bluetooth entry doesn't mean it's not there and it doesn't use Wifi, so that can be excluded as a thing to check.

  • An option is to restart both watch and phone without any other Bluetooth devices on.
  • start the Fitbit App and logout and login
  • go to the phone home screen without closing the Fitbit App
  • click on the sync popup
  • this should pair and link your watch

Thanks! Ended up doing the whole restart and it worked. Incredibly frustrating as never had any issues until recently. Hopefully last time (fingers crossed). Thanks again.
