Versa 3 Bluetooth

I keep having to pair by versa 3 for Bluetooth.  It only stays connected for a short time and keeps disconnecting.  I never had that problem with my other fit bits. Would like a solution soon so I can get my notifications.

Hi @Shmoa   - make sure that battery saving is not enabled on your phone which is stopping the Fitbit App running in background, also check it has permissions set correctly.

 This is what it keeps doing.  I dont have low battery mode and not sure what permissions to look at.  Everything is good but it won’t stay paired. I tried a few things but still happening.

@Shmoa  - there are some phones that are a bit special.

As a test, when the message appears, try

• turning off Bluetooth
• and turning on again
• then logout of the Fitbit App
• Login again 
• Go to the phone home screen without closing the app
• Click on the sync popup

If that works your phone may be battery saving Bluetooth. If you can stop it doing that it will solve the problem.

If not, probably best to contact support via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer  support.
