Versa 3 Controls for Android music

I'm new to Fitbit.  Everything is working except "Controls".  The Bluetooth on my Samsung phone shows Versa Controls, but it doesn't connect.  Any suggestions?

Hello @Sugarlander and welcome to the Community.  Here is a link to Fitbit's Help article: How do I control music with my Fitbit device?   Please jump to the Sense/Versa 3 and make sure you set it up correctly.
