I cannot receive text messages to my Fitbit Versa 3 anymore. After reading and trying all of the troubleshooting methods I have narrowed the issue to be the Versa 3 Controls under the Versa 3 Device > Settings > Vibration and Audio > On Wrist Calls > Versa 3 Controls toggle. Tests run:
1. PreTest was run prior to any of the above. Versa 3 Controls toggle was on and Versa 3 Controls within Bluetooth menu of iPhone 13 was disconnected. Opened Fitbit app. Try to receive text on watch. Text Received.
***As a part of rebooting and other suggested tips I switched Versa 3 Controls toggle to off. Now it will not pair up with iPhone 13 to stay on. Additional tests run:
2. Switch toggle on Versa 3 to on. (Watch attempts to pair for ~20 seconds, but fails.) Try to receive text during process. No text received.
3. Connected Versa 3 Controls in Bluetooth menu of iPhone 13. (Phone attempts to pair for ~8 seconds, but fails.) Try to receive text on watch during process. No Text received
4. Switched toggle on Versa 3 to on and connected Versa 3 Controls in Bluetooth menu of iPhone 13. (Versa Controls 3 within Bluetooth menu on iPhone 13 automatically connects. Versa 3 Controls on watch spins in an attempt to pair. Watch pairing ultimately fails out and Versa 3 Controls w/in Bluetooth menu of iPhone 13 reverts to disconnected) Try to receive text on watch during process. Text Received.
