When I press the exercise icon, it won't load up and returns go the clock face. I don't know how to reset to try see if that

Hi @Marie.eke01  - try a watch restart first, hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for the watch to start.

I had the same issue, restarting my Versa 3 didn’t do anything. I did a factory reset, and the exercise app is working again.
