My wife’s Versa 3 is frozen on the Fitbit logo. I’ve explored the restart option advised elsewhere but refuses to past the logo & the screen is frozen. I’ve unpaired it from the phone & it won’t pair again as the unit is presumably not in a pairing state. I've had the watch on charge for 30 mins & tried a further restart but no joy.
IT’S STUCK ON THE LOGO.
Luckily it’s still in the warranty period so if no joy here back it goes to the retailer.

Called customer support & spoke to a very patient & diligent female. On the call for 35mins. Very tedious as had to go through all the irrelevant basics on the phone including if the phone had the latest Android updates Ugh! No jumping ahead based on the elementary problems that the watch was frozen & not visible on BT. Did some fancy resets including holding the button down for up to a minute but to no avail. Finally go to a decision to send a replacement unit which should arrive within 48hrs. I'm surprised that there is no option to connect the unit to a PC & do a forced reset/ re-install.
