My Versa 3 had been working without issue. One recent morning, I woke up to find that the battery had died overnight. Since then a full charge only lasts a few hours instead of a few days.
This will be my 5th or 6th fitbit over the last few years and I am not that hard on them.

HI @LSLoving - try a sync and full Shutdown from the watch Settings Menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it. This may improve it.
If you did a firmware update recently or your watch got wet this may be the cause of the quick drain. Or the watch is just faulty.
Try chatting with support again.

Thanks @Guy_ - this did improve the battery life of my fitbit but only by several hours. My Versa 3 battery now lasts almost 12 hours. I do not wear my Versa 3 in the shower and had not been swimming. I did update the firmware after this started happening. I had hoped that would solve the problem but it did not.

@LSLoving - if it lasts about 12 hours that's the maximum time in GPS mode, wonder if GPS has been switched on permanently somehow.
What you could try is tofullu charge the watch and start an exercise with GPS and then end it and see what affect that has on battery life.
The other option is to start an exercise without GPS after a full charge again and end it and see if there is any difference.
