Hi,
I've just bought a Versa 3 but can't get Google assistant to work. I've tried numerous factory resets, disconnecting and reconnecting watch, uninstalling app, restarting both devices, nothing works. When using Google Assistant it recognises my question and displays it on a screen, and my phone (Galaxy Note 10+) screen lights up as I'm using it but then it just shows Something went wrong. No battery saving on either fitbit or Google app. Google works perfectly on my phone.
Any help appreciated before I return the watch.
Thanks

Hello @tucka20
I don’t personally use Google Assistant but I did find this is the help section of Fitbit: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2009.htm. It covers troubleshooting as well. This article may help as well:https://www.myhealthyapple.com/google-assistant-not-working-on-versa-3-or-versa-sense-lets-fix-it/
Hopefully this gives you the answer you are seeking and gets things back up and running again. Let me know 😃 Happy Stepping!

Thanks. Unfortunately the troubleshooting doesn't cover this issue. All steps taken to set up the assistant were as per the guide in the link.

Hello again @tucka20
I’m sorry that didn’t work out. I did a bit of digging around and found this post here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-3/Is-Versa-3-compatible-with-Samsung-Note-10/td-p/4497668 Granted the post is about a year old. Have you checked the compatibility list?
