My fitbit versa 3 is frozen. I tried restarting it to no avail

Please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @Lynelda - if you enabled Always On mode it will be locked if wrist wake is not enabled.
To unlock it double tap the screen or press the button and then swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and enable wrist wake and disable Always On.
If it's not responding at all the battery may need charging. If it's not charging check the instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

My watch is also frozen, I am not able to swipe or do anything, I cant turn it off, or charge, the watch is currently showing the correct time and steps, but it wont sync with my phone app and I cant do anything with it. Any other suggestions?
