I bought my wife a Versa 3 for Christmas and it is awful at tracking heart rate data. She can be going all out and the Versa 3 will say she is under 100 BPM and has achieved no active zones.
We tested it where she wore both the versa 3 and our Versa 1 Special edition at the same time and they gave wildly different reports. Why has this not been fixed? It is ridiculous that the high-end Fitbit watches available are worse at tracking than the low-end ones.Below are 2 screenshots from the workout.
And before you say it, yes we have done all the troubleshooting stuff.
