I did the latest update on my Versa 3 about a week or 2 ago because it made me do it. Ever since I did the update my battery doesn’t even last 24 hours. Before the update I had to charge my Fitbit about every 3 days. I got this as a gift and I know this is a few years old and I have all the reminders turned off on it. Only time it lights up is for texts and calls

Hi there @Kmiller1991, @clv14! A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Thank you so much for letting us know about this situation and for all your efforts.
@clv14 Thanks for the tip!
There are some other settings that can cause battery draining too, for example the brightness, the snore detection, GPS, too many notifications, etc. Please view: What are tips to extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
I suggest you read this article too: Sense and Versa 3 Battery Performance Program This issue does not affect all Sense and Versa 3 devices; if your device is not impacted, the battery will perform the same as before. You can submit a request to find out if your device is impacted here.

When I took the update, it changed my display to "always on" so that I don't have to push the button to see the time. However, that made my battery drain fast, too. I found out that if you find the settings on the watch itself and choose display, scroll down and there is an always on button that you can slide to turn it off. Hope that helps.

I don’t have the screen as always on. However, I do have the screen wake set as motion and button. I’ve always had it set as motion and button. It’s just weird that all of a sudden I have to charge it every day instead of every 3 days. I also turn it off after I take it off for the day. Turning it off seems to not save my battery at all.
