Versa 3 Logging into Pandora

I recently upgraded to Pandora Plus. I have an android phone and I am trying to log into Pandora on the app in the media section for the first time. All I am getting it the spinning wheel. I have updated the firmware, deleted the fitbit app and reinstalled it. I was finally able to connect my earbuds (thank you forum for that tip). Now I am hoping someone else has ran into this problem that was able to fix it.

Hi @ff0218  - try

  • Logout of the app
  • Clear the storage cache
  • Force stop it
  • Restart the phone 
  • Login and sync
  • Try again to login with pandora

Thank you, we tried this several times, updates firmware. It downloads about 1/8 and then gets stuck and goes no further. This was escalated to the next step, but Fitbit has not done anything for a week. They do not know when they are going to be able to help me. Never had support that took a week to help me and they still have no timeline when they can. Very Disappointed in them. But thank you for replying
