Notifications keep going away. I received the watch o Christmas and have had to reset 4 times since. This should not keep happening. When I restart the watch the notification center comes back. I can feel the vibration bit no option to swipe down. I found the other threads that say to restart the watch but I should not have to keep doing this. Huge inconvenience. The only thing I can think of is that after I track my workouts the notification center stops. Please help or send a new watch. This never happened with my versa 2

When swiping down, make sure your finger starts at the very top of the screen @Jillvandewoude

Thanks but that isn't the issue! It will swipe fine and then just disappear. When I reset the watch it will come back. Upon researching this issue I am not the only one. I contacted customer service yesterday. They asked me to change my watch face (again) and monitor for another couple days. It is frustrating because I shouldn't be banned from using any of the Fitbit watch faces I like if this is a watch glitch
