Versa 3- Recent Clockface change??

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

so why the heck is the clock face on my versa 3....

1. displaying all the time

2. what's displayed is not the image I purchased to display

3.I have done a long restart on the device. I have switched clock faces and the plain black and white clock face is still on

4. If this is because the device needs to be charged (at 24%) is this a new update and how do I change it?

"what's displayed is not the image I purchased to display"  sounds like it is a third-party clockface you purchased.  If you can live without it, try switching to another clock face, one "by Fitbit" to be safest.  Otherwise, contact the developer.

"displaying all the time" make sure you haven't set it for "always-on".

Thanks for replying. I uninstalled the third-party clock face and used a Fitbit clock face. Still have a black screen with time (in varying fonts and sizes) showing. I have gone into the settings and turned on and off the "always on"

"with time (in varying fonts and sizes)".   How does it vary?  Does it keep switching by itself, or do you do something to make it change?

some of the text is bold, and others are not. There are icons for stats (steps, active zone, and battery strength.) When I tap the face of the versa it clears and displays my clockface

Despite what you say, that sounds just like the "always-on display" - a minimal blank and white display using less battery, switching to your full display when turn wrist or tap.

Settings > Display > Al-ways-on display > off
