After the latest app update, my Versa 3 would not start a Fitness - Walk. After choosing the Fitness function, it simply reverted back to the home screen. Later, I tried to reset the watch; it turned off, but when I attempted to restart it, the watch got stuck in an endless loop of a short vibration, followed by the logo appearing, then a bit of static and the logo disappearing. This repeats every 7 seconds. Since it won't restart, I cannot synch it or reset it again. The factory reset process does not work. Resetting the Bluetooth connection on my phone did not work. Hopefully the factory warranty (I've had the watch for 22 months) is still in effect.

A FitBit user for 10 yrs. You're not alone with this problem. My Versa 3 not connecting to iPhone 14 Pro; it just cycles from logo to blank to logo with occasional vibrate. Unfortunately, there seems to be no recourse offered from Fitbit. Some folks seem to be getting new/replacement devices from Fitbit, but haven't seen any clear steps as to how to join them. May be time to look at other devices.
