Hi All,
I have purchased Fitbit Versa 3 on last year and from last week the watch is frozen with Fitbit logo. I have gone thru community page, help articles , chatted with Fitbit support. Followed the procedures to do factory reset by holding the button for 8 seconds. But after restarting its still frozen with Fitbit logo. Finally I have chatted via Z platform(Twitter). The support person asked me do the factory procedure and it didn't worked. Then he told me that the product is not under warranty, so asked me to buy new product and ended the chat without asking anything to me. I have asked that anywhere we can repair the watch, still they asked me to buy a new product. I am so desperate. If the product is just last only for a year and not fixable, then what is the point to spend 5000 ZAR and buy new fitbit product? Why I cant go any other brand which at least give me service options if any issue on product. Can see many posts regarding the same issue(the watch got in frozen status). So I think its an existing issue with Fitbit Versa 3. Anyone with same problem was able to resolve the issue? If so how we can fix it? Looks like its kind of going to restart loop. So fed up with Z platform support person.

Is your watch in warranty period, then you are lucky then will issue a replacement. Otherwise they will ask to do factory reset, if not working again they will ask to buy new product. I think this is the existing issue with fitbit products
