I've had my Versa 3 since May 2021, a little over a year. Literally from August, 2022, I had ro replace the band that completely split up the middle. And, now, the entire screen came off and these little black glue strips keeping it from falling completely off. I've seen other complaints about the poorly adhered screens on the Versa. What are you doing about this, Fitbit? I'm starting to be extremely disappointed in the quality of Fitbit.

Same thing happened to me last week. I was on vacation (of all the times!) and the screen came undone, was dangling. I called Fitbit to see if I could get a replacement shipped ASAP and the warranty expired four months earlier. They offered me 35% off a new purchase. That was the end of my long love/hate relationship with Fitbit. I wish I could post a picture as the Geek Squad at Best Buy gave me a rubber band to hold it together until I got home. I am now a 100% Apple Watch user. It is bittersweet as I owned one of the first Fitbit models. I loved the functionality of Fitbit but was disappointed in the quality. I can't tell you the number of times I've had to replace the band, but I stayed loyal, but this time it was just too much. I really depend on my Fitbit for not only tracking my fitness, sleep and weight but also as a watch, setting timers and alarms. I don't know if you'd be brave enough to try, but the Geek Squad suggested that I super glue the screen in place, I declined because they thought it might compromise the functionality.
