Just before Christmas the screen of my Versa 3 just fell off. I was’t doing anything other than waiting for a coffee to brew. I rarely took it into water and even took it off for showers. After reviewing the forum this seems to be a common problem. Customer Care offered my the standard out of warranty discount so I could buy another Fitbit product, with the same crappy warranty. After 7 years and 5 trackers, I’m done with Fitbit and the Premium membership I enjoyed till now. Never coming back.

Thanks, but no. I bought it because it was advertised as waterproof because I hike a lot, in all conditions. So I’ve switched to Apple.
