I have just received in the last week my new watch. I want to activate the snore detection which I understand is on the sleep tile. However I do not have this tile on my watch. I already have a premium subscription. What am I doing wrong, any tips would be greatly appreciated.

It's an option in the settings on the sleep tile in the app, not on the watch.
