I have A Versa 3 which is stuck on the boot screen and its been like this for a while (about 2-3 months) And i thought i would go here for support because i have tried everything to bring it back to life!
Backstory:
It wouldn't pair to my phone so i reset it . It was fine until someone called me and i wasn't able to answer on the watch. So i reset it and then it was fine. but then a software update happened and all of a sudden it was stuck.
Can anyone help?

Hi @Acidic - it may have had a failed update, to check remove the Versa 3 Bluetooth entries from the phone, logout of the Fitbit App and swipe the window off and clear storage cache and force stop it. Restart the phone and the watch How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Login to the Fitbit App, click profile photo, and "+ Set up a Device" and replace.
If that doesn't work you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They can help you do another factory reset.

it doesnt even show up on any device so i will try do the reset by the customer support.

@Acidic - also check if the watch has Bluetooth What should I do if I lose my Fitbit device?
It is not definitive but if it does then the watch is not the problem, but if it has failed it may not.

its still stuck on the logo so i think its software bricked.

I tried the factory reset but it didnt work. i think its done for.
