Hello Team.

I'm having the same issue as some others in that my Versa 3 is not charging and looks totally dead.  I've followed all of the cleaning tips that were mentioned and the switching of USB chargers and outlets.  The tracker still does not charge but it gets extremely hot.  I've had the tracker more than 4yrs, so, it could be on its last leg.  Any ideas?

Well I just got my fitbit versa 3 after the whole ionic recall so mine is fairly new and has same symptoms after the attempt to update battery showed 53 % also so it wasn't battery. Now.. nothing

It was actually corrected by turning Bluetooth off and on.(I looked online for more info)
