Brand new Versa 3 (third day with it) and still will not pair - it was paired when I set it up but now it is not. I have tried everything I have read and still not pairing.

Hi @Tobyjazz0816 - if you have an old watch remove it from the Bluetooth on the phone.
Turn off any devices with Bluetooth except your watch and phone and restart both.
This often resolves the pairing problem.
