Hi there, @Eveyweevy. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums.

As a first approach, I suggest restarting your Versa 3 by following these steps. Then, check if the card shows on the Wallet.

To make sure your card is working, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Wallet app. For faster access to Fitbit Pay, add it as a button shortcut in the Settings app > Shortcuts.
  2. If prompted, enter your 4-digit device PIN code. Your default card appears on the screen.
  3. To pay with your default card, hold your wrist near the payment terminal. To pay with a different card:
    • Swipe up to find the card you want to use, and tap it. Then hold your wrist near the payment terminal.

When the payment succeeds, your device vibrates and you’ll see a confirmation on the screen.

If the payment terminal doesn’t recognize Fitbit Pay, make sure the device face is near the reader and that the cashier knows you’re using a contactless payment.
